These Terms of Service govern your use of https://kravingspk.com/ and any purchase you make from Kravings (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using our website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • The information you give us, including name, phone number and address, must be accurate and complete.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
  • You may not use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, including placing fake orders, scraping content or trying to break our security.

2. Products

We sell imported chocolates, candies, snacks and other food products. We try to show every product accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the photos, and manufacturers sometimes change packaging without notice.

Ingredient and allergen details are taken from the manufacturer’s packaging. If you have allergies or dietary needs, always check the label on the product you receive before eating it. Products are sold before their expiry date; please check and store them as directed.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse orders that look like bulk resale.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Shipping charges are calculated by weight and city and shown at checkout.
  • Prices and offers may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready.
  • Discount codes and promotions have their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled only as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order is delivered, responsibility for the products passes to you.

6. Intellectual property

The Kravings name, logo, website design, text and our own photos belong to Kravings and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Reviews and feedback

If you post a review or send feedback, you allow us to use, display and share it on our website and social media. Reviews must be honest and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. We may remove any content that breaks these rules.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, such as payment gateways, couriers and social media. We are not responsible for their content, policies or performance.

9. Errors on the website

The website may sometimes contain mistakes in prices, descriptions or availability. We may correct these errors and update or cancel affected orders, even after you have placed them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kravings is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where the product label clearly lists the ingredient, or for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

You agree to cover any losses or claims against Kravings that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or block access to the website, if you break these Terms. Sections on liability, intellectual property and governing law continue to apply after termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Islamabad.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
